The hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and a great discount on parking for guests. The staff at this hotel are amazing, making guests feel more than welcome from the moment they arrive at the reception desk. The location of the hotel is ideal, right in the city centre and close to everything one could want to do in the area. The rooms have recently been refurbished and are in excellent condition, with comfortable beds and all the basic amenities one needs. Plus, the breakfast included is great.

This hotel is located right in the city centre, making it ideal for exploring all that Swansea has to offer. The recently refurbished rooms are in excellent condition and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Plus, the great breakfast included in the price ensures a satisfying start to the day.

The bed was uncomfortable and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep. the cleanliness was lacking, and the bathroom was in need of some TLC.

Our romantic escape was quite nice, the hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. We loved how the hotel was centrally located, making it easy for us to walk to nearby attractions, and the room was quiet and comfortable. Another advantage was the fact that the hotel had a car park available, although it wasn't included in the price, it was convenient for us to have a safe place to park the car.

Apart from that, we had a good experience and thought the hotel was a nice place to stay for a few days.
